Chile Innovation Night 2025 is back in the heart of Cambridge, Massachusetts.
On Thursday, October 23, from 4:30 to 8:30 PM, innovators, entrepreneurs, and friends of Chile will gather at Venture Café Cambridge (CIC, 1 Broadway, 5th floor) for an unforgettable evening of science, startups, and cross-continental collaboration.
This year’s edition will showcase the finalist startups of the ChileMass Emprende 2025 program, selected from over 30 projects across Chile. These ventures represent the country’s most promising talent in sustainability, health, biotechnology, and digital innovation — ready to make their mark in Boston’s global innovation hub.
A Spotlight on Biotech and Latin American Leadership
A highlight of Chile Innovation Night 2025 will be a Life Sciences Panel exploring the rise of Latin America in global biotech. Three inspiring women leaders will share their perspectives from academia, industry, and government:
- Carolina Alarco, Founder of BioStrategy Advisors and Co-founder of Latinos in Bio
- Mercedes Balcells-Camps, Senior Research Scientist at the MIT Institute for Medical Engineering and Science
- Maricho Gálvez Bastidas, Director of Entrepreneurship at CORFO (Chilean Economic Development Agency)
Together, they will discuss how collaboration across borders is driving scientific progress and unlocking new opportunities for innovation.
